? Location: Sector 63, Noida (Onsite)
? Shift: US Night Shift (Monday–Friday)
? Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
? Cab Facility: One-side drop for female employees only

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Source and screen candidates for Canadian IT requirements through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Canadian IT positions, including W2, C2C, and Full-Time requirements, as applicable.

- Understand Canadian IT staffing requirements, client needs, and job descriptions.

- Submit qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews.

- Negotiate pay rates and manage candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.

- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for Canadian IT requirements.

Requirements? REQUIREMENTS
