Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: Faridabad, India
Salary: Up to 35 LPA
Industry: Manufacturing (Aluminum)
Experience: Minimum 15 years in Finance and Leadership (CFO or Finance Head)

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Leadership: Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure the company’s financial health.
- Accounting Management: Ensure accurate and timely accounting practices, including adherence to GST and TDS regulations.
- Taxation Compliance: Manage all aspects of taxation, ensuring compliance with local and federal tax laws.
- Workforce Management: Lead blue-collar hiring initiatives, ensuring the recruitment and retention of skilled labor for factory operations.
- ERP Systems: Implement and manage ERP systems to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the company's assets and ensure sustainable growth.
- Leadership Development:



Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (CA, CPA) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (CFO or Finance Head) within the manufacturing sector.
- Technical Skills: Robust knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and taxation; proficiency in ERP systems.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.

Preferred Attributes:

- Experience in the aluminum manufacturing industry or similar sectors.
- Familiarity with workforce management and blue-collar hiring processes.
- Robust understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
