Job Description:

We are looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Reporting Consultant with hands-on experience in developing and maintaining reports to support HR business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.

- Create HCM extracts and customize reports based on business requirements.

- Work with Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Payroll, and Advantages.

- Perform report testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with functional teams to gather reporting requirements.

Required Skills:

- Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Reporting.

- Strong knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.

- Understanding of Oracle HCM data models and SQL.

- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
