Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Representative to engage with potential customers and corporate clients through outbound calls. The role focuses on promoting Masai’s programs, understanding customer needs, explaining the benefits of our offerings, and generating sales opportunities through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and companies using the provided database.

- Explain Masai’s programs, features, and benefits to potential clients.

- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable sales opportunities.

- Engage with HR professionals, corporate teams, and other decision-makers.

- Generate leads and convert interested prospects into potential customers or business opportunities.

- Follow up with prospects regularly to improve engagement and conversion rates.

- Address customer queries, handle objections,



and communicate effectively.

- Build positive relationships with prospective customers and maintain regular follow-ups.

- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales goals.

- Update call details, customer feedback, and lead status in the CRM or tracker.

- Coordinate with the sales team to move qualified prospects forward in the sales process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging with potential customers.

- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

- Ability to work towards sales targets and achieve set goals.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.

- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, inside sales, or customer engagement is preferred. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome.

Note: This is a 6-month contract-based role.
