URGENT HIRING – HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATOR

Hospital: Super Speciality Hospital

Location: Palakollu, Andhra Pradesh

Position: Hospital Administrator

‍ Reports To: Managing Director

Job Summary

Super Speciality Hospital is looking for a motivated and responsible Hospital Administrator to manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of its 60-bedded multispeciality hospital. The candidate will coordinate with different departments, monitor operational performance and help ensure a smooth patient experience.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management or a related field.
- MHA / MBA in Hospital or Healthcare Administration preferred.

Experience

- 1–2 years of experience in hospital administration or healthcare operations.
- Experience in a multispeciality hospital preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily hospital operations and coordinate with all departments.
- Monitor patient admissions, discharges, bed occupancy and patient flow.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, laboratory, pharmacy, billing, housekeeping and other teams.
- Monitor staff attendance, duty rosters and departmental performance.
- Track daily revenue, billing, collections, outstanding payments and operational expenses.
- Coordinate insurance, TPA, Aarogyasri and other applicable healthcare scheme documentation and follow-ups.
- Handle patient feedback and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain hospital records,



administrative reports and departmental documentation.
- Support compliance with hospital policies, patient safety, fire safety, infection control and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate health camps, outreach activities and initiatives to improve patient footfall.
- Submit daily and monthly operational reports to the Managing Director.

Required Skills

- Positive communication, coordination and team-management skills.
- Basic understanding of hospital operations, billing and revenue monitoring.
- Knowledge of insurance, TPA and Aarogyasri processes is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, time-management and organizational skills.
- Computer proficiency, including MS Excel and hospital information systems.

Salary: Negotiable, based on qualification, experience and skills.
