Agentic AI Developer Experience: 8+ Years Location: Chennai / Coimbatore / Bangalore / Pune Work Mode: Hybrid Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Developer with strong expertise in Python, Generative AI, and Agentic AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, orchestrating, and deploying AI agents and developing scalable, production-ready AI solutions. The candidate should have robust software engineering fundamentals, good knowledge of Machine Learning and LLM-based applications, and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions for enterprise use cases. • Build intelligent AI agents capable of reasoning, tool usage, task execution, and workflow orchestration. • Develop and implement multi-agent and agentic workflows using relevant frameworks and technologies. • Work hands-on with agent harnessing and orchestration concepts, including tool calling, memory, context management, and agent workflows. • Develop scalable and production-grade applications using Python and FastAPI. • Integrate LLMs, APIs, tools, databases, and external services with AI agents. • Design and implement reliable and scalable AI/ML systems. • Deploy and manage AI agents and GenAI applications in cloud environments. • Collaborate with product, engineering,



and data teams to understand requirements and deliver AI-powered solutions. • Follow software engineering best practices including clean coding, testing, debugging, version control, and CI/CD. • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to technical design and solution discussions. • Evaluate emerging Agentic AI and GenAI technologies and apply them to relevant business use cases. Required Skills • 8+ years of strong hands-on experience in Python development. • 4+ years of experience in Generative AI technologies. • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in Agentic AI / AI Agent development. • Strong hands-on experience in building and deploying AI agents. • Strong understanding of Agent Harnessing, Agent Orchestration, and agentic workflows. • Experience with LLMs and LLM-based application development. • Strong experience with FastAPI and REST API development. • Good understanding of Machine Learning concepts. • Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills. • Experience in designing and developing scalable systems. • Exposure to GCP / Google Cloud Platform is preferred. • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments. • Exposure to modern AI-assisted coding and developer productivity tools. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
