Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting Operations (Core Ownership)

1. Own end-to-end Finance & Accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Recognition, Fixed Assets, and Payroll Accounting.
2. Lead timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing across all entities.
3. Prepare and review Consolidated Financial Statements for the group.
4. Own MIS Reporting and ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of management reports.
5. Build and maintain scalable accounting processes and standard operating procedures across a multi-entity structure.

Taxation & Regulatory Compliance (Core Ownership)

1. Ensure full compliance across GST, Income Tax, TDS, and Companies Act requirements.
2. Oversee Secretarial Compliance and ROC filings in coordination with company secretarial support.
3. Lead Statutory Audits and Internal Audits, and act as the primary point of contact for auditors.
4. Strengthen Internal Financial Controls (IFC) and overall financial governance.

Treasury & Working Capital

1. Manage day-to-day cash flow planning and working capital optimization.
2. Maintain and strengthen banking relationships across the group.
3. Support debt servicing, liquidity management, and treasury operations.

FP&A; and Business Finance

1. Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), budgeting, forecasting,



and rolling forecasts.
2. Track financial KPIs and business intelligence reporting for leadership review.
3. Partner with business leaders to evaluate profitability, support pricing decisions, and improve operational efficiency.
4. Recommend and drive cost optimization initiatives across business units.

Strategic Finance Support (Partnering with CFO)

1. Support financial due diligence for M&A;, investments, and joint ventures as needed.
2. Assist in preparing financial models, investor presentations, and materials for lender / PE / VC interactions.
3. Contribute financial insights to Board-level and leadership reporting.
4. Support post-merger financial integration for acquired businesses.

Risk Management & Governance

1. Strengthen internal controls and enterprise risk management practices.
2. Ensure compliance with corporate policies across all entities.
3. Identify and mitigate financial and compliance risks proactively.

Team Leadership

1. Lead and mentor the accounting, taxation, and compliance teams.
2. Build a high-performing, process-driven finance function capable of supporting rapid national growth.
3. Act as a key escalation point for finance operations, deputizing for the CFO on controllership matters when required.
