Key Responsibilities
1. Monitor SLA performance and ensure timely service delivery.
2. Handle escalations and coordinate incident resolution.
3. Prepare and manage shift rosters for support teams.
4. Maintain IT asset tracking and inventory records.
5. Prepare MIS reports and operational performance dashboards.
6. Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders.
7. Manage ITSM ticket assignment, prioritization, and follow-ups.
8. Ensure compliance with IT operational processes and service standards.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Relevant Diploma with 7+ years of IT experience, OR
2. Any Degree with 5+ years of IT experience.
3. Experience in IT operations and service management.
Preferred Skills
1. Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes.
2. Experience in SLA management and escalation handling.
3. Solid reporting, communication, and vendor management skills.
4. Manufacturing industry experience will be an added advantage.
