### JOB OVERVIEW

A Private Limited Company is looking for an experienced, responsible and detail-oriented **Senior Accountant Accounts, Compliance & MIS** to manage its accounting operations, statutory compliance, banking activities, financial reporting and MIS.

The ideal candidate must have robust practical knowledge of **Tally Prime, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, bank reconciliation and Advanced Excel**. The candidate should be capable of independently managing accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, coordinating statutory compliance and preparing regular financial reports.

Candidates with experience in construction, project accounting, government supply, tender business, inventory management or skill-development projects will be preferred.

### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

** Accounts & Tally Prime**
- Independently manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Pass accounting entries and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Perform ledger scrutiny and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain purchase, sales, expense, receipt and payment records.
- Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and supporting documents.
- Maintain and manage accounting records using Tally Prime.

** GST & Statutory Compliance**
- Handle GST accounting and compliance coordination.
- Prepare and coordinate GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns.
- Perform GST reconciliation and verify input tax credit records.
- Coordinate TDS calculations, documentation and compliance.
- Coordinate PF, ESI and Income Tax-related matters.
- Maintain statutory records and ensure timely documentation and filing coordination.

** Banking & Financial Operations**
- Perform regular bank reconciliation.
- Handle CC/OD account-related accounting.
- Prepare bank stock statements and drawing-power-related information.




- Maintain banking records and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with banks regarding financial statements and documentation.

** MIS Reporting & Financial Analysis**
- Prepare monthly MIS reports for management.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Track outstanding payments, collections and liabilities.
- Prepare cash-flow statements and financial reports.
- Analyse project-wise profitability, costs and expenses.
- Provide accurate financial information to support management decisions.

** Advanced Excel & Technology**
- Demonstrate proficiency in Advanced Excel.
- Use Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP.
- Perform financial data analysis and reconciliation.
- Prepare structured reports and automate repetitive Excel tasks.
- Handle Tally data exports and integrations.
- Knowledge of Power BI, ChatGPT and AI-based productivity tools will be an added advantage.

** Documentation & Communication**
- Read and understand government documents, tenders, work orders, bank letters and statutory notices.
- Draft professional emails and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Maintain organised accounting and compliance documentation.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of reports.

### ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Preferably 5 10 years of hands-on accounting experience.
Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime.
Practical knowledge of GST, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GST reconciliation.
Knowledge of TDS, PF, ESI and Income Tax coordination.
Experience in bank reconciliation and CC/OD accounting.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables and lookup functions.
Ability to prepare MIS reports, cash-flow statements and outstanding reports.




Good English reading comprehension and professional email-drafting skills.
Ability to take ownership of accounting, reporting and compliance activities independently.

### PREFERRED INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

Candidates with experience in the following industries will receive preference:

- Construction and project accounting.
- Government supply and tender-related business.
- Inventory and stock management.
- Project-based business operations.
- Skill-development projects and related accounting operations.
