- Training and Coaching people in Kaizen concepts
- Conduct data analysis to assess current processes and measure performance metrics.
- Collaborate with teams to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Monitor and report on the progress of improvement projects.
- Identify and prioritize improvement projects based on business goals.
- Collaborate and coordinate with various departments/ functions for implementation of lean concepts and excellence initiatives.
Key Accountabilities:
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Ensure SE targets are achieved Y-O-Y .
- Monitor and report on the progress of improvement projects cross the site.
- KPI’s are monitored month on month and initiate actions to improve the plant performance through SE projects.
- Participating in Tier Meetings and work with department managers to make it more effective.
