Job Description:

- Manage the end-to-end performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and performance ratings.

- Design and implement KPIs, KRAs, OKRs, and performance evaluation frameworks aligned with business objectives.

- Manage PMS platforms and HR technology tools, including system configuration, workflow automation, and user access.

- Collaborate with HRBPs, business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to improve PMS processes and system functionality.

- Drive HRMS/PMS implementation, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and integration with other HR modules.

- Analyse performance data, appraisal trends, rating distributions, and employee productivity metrics.

- Prepare dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.

- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, system compliance, and timely completion of performance review cycles.

- Conduct training and provide support to employees and managers on PMS tools and processes.

- Identify opportunities for digitisation, automation, and continuous improvement in performance management.
