Tata Semiconductor Assembly & Test (TSAT) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing in IC & SMT Packages.
Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Packaging facility . This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Job Description:

A Server Lead will be primarily responsible for:

• Recent server & Storage deployments

• Lead Enterprise Computing operations

• Meet the operations support with the expansion in Infrastructure





• Ensure server related requirements and incidents are addressed on time.

Key Responsibilities

• New Server deployment (20%)

•

• Understand the IT infra requirement and work on preparing plan for deployment. Based on the Business requirements, prepare BoQ in early stages to help in placing the order.

• To be a part of technical evaluation of solution and technologies.

• Coordinate with the OEM/Partner for planning and deployment of solutions on time

• Enterprise Computing Operations Management (40%)

• Manage the support operations and ensure the reported issues are addressed on time

• Handle escalations and manage to resolve the escalated incidents.

• Ensure the availability of servers & Storage and coordinate with required teams to fix any issues.

• Manage shift Roster for the team to ensure support coverage

• Ensure devices availability is monitored, and any health alerts are addressed i
