Key Objective of Role:

This is a excellent time to join the newly formed Procurement Center of Excellence. The Procurement Operations Analyst will serve as the operational support within the Procurement & AP Team, based in India and working closely with the global Sourcing Managers and AP team. They will support day-to-day operational activity across a range of areas, including contract execution, contract repository management, Invoice/Expense reporting, renewals management, P2P and Intake platform updates. They will liaise with external suppliers and internal stakeholders and help ensure day-to-day activities. This role will support the Procurement and AP team and take on ad-hoc assignments to further accelerate value delivery across the business, including operational support to Sourcing Managers and AP Supervisors as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Support the sourcing and procurement organization in meeting its operational goals and priorities.

• Support execution and enablement of procurement strategies and policies. Train stakeholders on utilization of the P2P platform,



intake process and ensure compliance with the best practices

• Shows excellent judgement regarding standard operating procedures to help expedite results and meet timelines

• Ensure consistent application of procurement and AP processes across constituent groups.

• Measure compliance by end users to Procurement policies and contracts.

• Manage and maintain contracts and metadata within the CLM and ensure accuracy

• Partner with accounts payable and internal business units to resolve invoice/PO issues, discrepancies, update billing cost centres.

• Manage end-to-end AP operational support, including invoice processing, resolving vendor payment queries and supporting month-end AP close activities to ensure timely and accurate processing.
