As a Product Enablement Specialist II, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of white-label mobile applications, from initial onboarding and store submissions to launch, updates, and ongoing maintenance. You will play a key role in ensuring successful app launches by navigating Apple App Store and Google Play Store requirements and resolving complex technical challenges. Working closely with customers, agency owners, and internal Product and Engineering teams, you will investigate submission rejections, configuration issues, and account-related blockers. This role requires solid analytical skills, independent problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple applications while meeting service-level agreements. You will also help strengthen team capabilities by sharing technical knowledge, supporting junior specialists, and improving documentation.

Accountabilities:

• Mobile App Lifecycle Management: Independently manage a portfolio of white-label mobile applications throughout onboarding, development coordination, store submission, launch, and ongoing updates.

• App Store Submissions: Prepare, submit, and maintain applications on Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console, ensuring compliance with platform requirements and submission guidelines.

• Rejection Investigation and Resolution: Analyze app review rejections from Apple and Google, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and coordinate resubmissions to minimize launch delays.
