ROLE

Work within the GFS NA Custody Department serving the Operations function for a range of Custody clients. Incumbent will be responsible for managing end to end process BAU/ task administration & flawless delivery of process, accountable for proper change management support & process improvement.



Continuously develop industry/product knowledge. Ability to understand customer segments and apply different servicing approaches based on customer knowledge level.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Understanding of the Client Service delivery and its importance to Internal Groups and External Clients.

• Acts as the primary contact for investment management firms on domestic and/or international trade communication and settlement issues relating to client accounts held at the back.

• Responsible for daily cash management of multiple currencies for international portfolios. Determine appropriate cash management actions to be taken.

• To ensure all client queries are answered timely and accurately, trades are settled within the set deadlines, cash balances are reconciled with client book of records as per the set internal deadlines.
