The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving marketing strategy, pipeline growth, partner recruitment, and partner engagement across India, one of Acronis' strategic growth markets in the region. The successful candidate will manage ownership of pipeline, partner growth, and AI transformation, reporting directly to Marketing Director APJMEA.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Strategy: Develop and execute the annual integrated marketing strategy and plan for India, aligned with regional business objectives and revenue targets.
• Budget: Manage regional marketing budget, agency relationships, vendors, and MDF investments while ensuring solid return on investment.
• AI transformation:
Build and deploy AI agents and automated workflows that improve the efficiency of marketing, partner engagement, event management, lead qualification, and reporting. Create and deploy AI-powered marketing campaigns that improve targeting, personalization, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership, partner account managers, distributors, and strategic partners to align marketing activities with commercial priorities and territory plans. Collaborate with global marketing, product marketing, channel teams, communications, and business stakeholders to localize and execute go-to-market initiatives.
• Events: Own the planning and execution of industry events, executive roundtables, roadshows, partner programs, webinars, and customer engagement activities.
