About the role
As Director, Sales - APMEA, you will grow an existing regional business through hands-on enterprise selling and the development of a small sales team in Vietnam and India. Reporting directly to our revenue leader, you will own strategic customer relationships,



win new business and help other sellers succeed. The immediate focus is Asia-Pacific within the broader APMEA remit. This role suits a proven enterprise seller ready to combine direct customer impact with greater regional leadership responsibility.
What You Will Own
• Own the APMEA revenue plan, prioritizing markets and accounts with the revenue leader and delivering new business, expansion and retention outcomes.

• Personally lead a focused portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, building executive relationships, protecting renewals and identifying opportunities to expand customer value.

• Create and close new enterprise opportunities, leading discovery, business-case development, negotiation and complex buying processes from first engagement to signature.

• Coach and develop the regional sales team through live customer work, practical feedback and clear expectations, helping sellers build skills, confidence and accounta
