To teach Hindi to primary students in accordance with the CBSE curriculum, develop language skills, and create an engaging, child-friendly learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver Hindi lessons as per the CBSE curriculum.
• Develop students’ skills in reading, writing, speaking, grammar, and comprehension.
• Use interactive, activity-based, and age-appropriate teaching methods.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
• Monitor student progress and provide remedial support wherever required.
• Maintain academic records and communicate student progress to parents.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Hindi from a recognised university.
• B.El.Ed. or B.Ed., as applicable under CBSE requirements.
Experience
• 2–5 years of primary teaching experience preferred.
• Experience in a CBSE school is an advantage.
Required Skills
• Excellent command of Hindi language and grammar.
• Solid classroom management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in activity-based teaching and basic digital teaching tools.
• Patience, creativity, and a child-centred approach.
