• This role will shape how the world understands Emergent as a place to work — and you'll own it end to end. Help us our culture, EVP, values and The role is strategic and hands-on in equal measure. You'll work with the founders and leadership team to articulate and champion all components of our culture and employer brand, run a coordinated storytelling program across each stage of the talent lifecycle, while acting as the connective tissue between Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and Communications. You will help take it ‘to market’ - to our internal employees and talent market outside Emergent.

What will you do?

• Work shoulder to shoulder with the founders and leadership to articulate what Emergent stands for — our values, our EVP, the things that genuinely make working here different — and then champion it everywhere.





• Build a storytelling program that runs through every stage of the talent lifecycle, from the first time someone hears our name to the day they're proudly telling a friend to join.

• Bring the employer brand to life for our own people and for the talent market beyond Emergent — on social, in person, and in the places candidates actually spend their time.

• Keep Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and Communications pulling in one direction, so we feel like the same company whether someone meets us in a job post, a podcast, or their first week on the team.

• Draw out the moments and voices inside the company that no outsider could invent, and help employees share them with pride.

• From the strategy to the final caption, you'll set the direction and do the work — watching what lands and sharpening as you go

What you should have?

• 9+ years in employer/talent branding and/or culture articulation and codification

• You're a storyteller before anything else.
