What would you do? • The Employee Relations provides administrative and operational support for employee relations activities for clients in the travel aviation industry.



The role handles employee relations service requests documentation and case administration supporting compliant and timely resolution of workplace matters across travel aviation workforce populations in APAC.

• This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate case management data confidentiality and consistent application of employee relations processes within a highly regulated and operationally sensitive travel aviation environment.

• Design, develop, implement and manage business solutions within Workday s HCM Tracking Library focusing on the talent and performance management data and aspects of an organization.
