Role purpose

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Security Manager to lead our SAP Security team delivering AMS support and mini projects for a key customer. The role owns end-to-end service delivery, SLA performance and team capability, and acts as the single point of contact for SAP Security with the customer.

The manager will report delivery status, risks and improvements to customer stakeholders and to internal leadership, ensuring a secure, compliant and audit-ready SAP landscape.

Technical skills required





Must have

• Deep hands-on expertise in SAP ECC and S/4HANA security: role design, PFCG, authorisation objects, SU24, SU53, ST01/STAUTHTRACE.

• SAP GRC Access Control 10.x / 12.0: ARA, ARM, EAM (Firefighter), BRM, rule set maintenance and MSMP workflows.

• SAP Fiori and Gateway security: catalogs, groups, spaces and pages, OData service authorisations.

• SoD analysis, risk remediation and mitigation control design.

• Security for SAP BW/BW4HANA, HANA DB, SAP Basis-related security (RFC, CUA, user admin) and SAP Solution Manager.

• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy or similar.

Positive to have

• SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS), SAP BTP and SuccessFactors / Ariba / Concur security.

• SAP IAG (Identity Access Governance) and SAP GRC Process Control / Risk Management.

• S/4HANA migration security (brownfield conversion, role remediation).
