Shift: 24x7 rotational shifts
Role summary: We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator – Soft Services to manage day-to-day workplace operations for a premium BFSI office environment. The role will focus on housekeeping, floor care, upkeep of fixtures and furnishings, pantry and cafeteria coordination, service quality, and client experience. The position requires solid adherence to KPIs, SLAs, governance standards,
and site compliance requirements.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage soft services operations across the office in a 24x7 shift environment
• Ensure housekeeping, hygiene, pantry, and cafeteria services meet expected standards
• Maintain premium office spaces, including fixtures, furnishings, meeting rooms, and common areas
• Monitor cleaning methods, chemicals, and procedures for different floor and surface types
• Track vendor performance and ensure SLA and KPI compliance
• Conduct routine inspections, audits, and follow-up on corrective actions
• Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders for seamless workplace delivery
• Maintain required records, logs, checklists, and compliance documentation
