Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in transportation coordination, logistics, or fleet operations with demonstrated vendor management responsibilities

Job Description
The Transport Coordinator will support the transportation and logistics operations at the Client site, ensuring efficient delivery of shuttle services, fleet coordination, and transport scheduling while maintaining high standards of service quality and operational compliance. This role requires robust vendor management capabilities to ensure optimal service delivery across all transportation providers.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations Support
• Support day-to-day transport operations across the Client site including employee shuttles, visitor transportation, and logistics services
• Coordinate transport schedules, routing, and dispatch activities to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, driver logs, and service requests
• Assist in monitoring fleet inventory and vehicle maintenance schedules to ensure optimal operating
