Key responsibilities:

1. Sterile Water & Steam Systems: Oversight of high-purity water generation and storage/distribution loops—Water for Injection (WFI), Purified Water (PW), Pure Steam Generators (PSG), and sterile Nitrogen/gas distribution.

2. HVAC & Environmental Utilities: Support for cleanroom HVAC systems, dehumidifiers, chilled water/hot water flow balancing,



and differential pressure regimes across classified zones (Grade A to D).

3. Energy Efficiency, Sustainability & Performance Metrics

1. Energy Optimization (SEC): Track record of lowering Specific Energy Consumption (SEC) through heat recovery systems, variable speed drives (VFDs), boiler efficiency improvement, and energy audits (ISO 50001 alignment).

2. Plant Effectiveness & Reliability: Maximizing MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and minimizing MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) for all critical utility assets to guarantee zero unplanned downtime for sterile production blocks.

3. Downtime Management: Strategic planning and execution of preventive, predictive (vibration, thermography, oil analysis), and breakdown maintenance schedules.

4. Regulatory Compliance, Safety & Statutory Approvals

1. Statutory & Regulatory Standards: Ensuring strict compliance with Indian Boiler Regulations (IBR), Pollution Control Boar
