The Innovation Lab at BLR8 is where new automation solutions, such as Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), automated packing equipment and internally developed tools, are piloted,



tested and proven on a live floor before they scale across the network.

The Team Lead is a hands-on role at the centre of every pilot. They run the trials themselves, keep the pilot area safe, collect the data that proves or disproves each solution, and turn what works into standard work that other sites can adopt. This role suits someone with strong operations floor experience who is curious about technology, works well without direct supervision, and can get engineering, vendor and site teams moving toward the same outcome without having authority over them.
