Training
& Development (T&D;) Head Location:
Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh
At Pakka, we believe capability grows when expectations are clear,
learning is purposeful, and improvement is continuous. We’re looking for a
T&D; Head to build standardized processes, strengthen role clarity, assess
team capabilities, and translate learning needs into measurable performance
improvement.
What You’ll Lead
1. Process Standardization & Role Clarity
· Establish and standardize processes in collaboration with internal
teams, including transparent SOPs and role expectations.
· Review and optimize role profiles and commitments, mapping
technical, functional, behavioural, and leadership competencies.
· Enable teams and leaders to create and maintain role profiles that
clearly define responsibilities and required capabilities.
2. Assessment, Grading & Training Needs
Identification
· Design an assessment framework suited to Pakka’s operating
context, including appropriate assessment methods and parameters.
· Identify and prepare the right assessment panel; guide panel
members on the assessment model and its application.
· Conduct assessments to identify strengths, development areas, and
training needs, and establish a consistent grading mechanism for team members.
3. Training Delivery & Trainer Development
· Identify internal trainers and design and deliver
Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs.
· Develop monthly and annual training calendars based on identified
needs across technical, functional, behavioural, and leadership skills.
· Coordinate learning interventions and ensure training objectives
are clearly defined and achieved.
4. Training Effectiveness & Continuous
Improvement
· Standardize training content in line with learning objectives and
role requirements.
· Measure training effectiveness through participant feedback, pre-
and post-training assessments, and other appropriate evaluation methods.
· Use assessment results and effectiveness data to refine learning
