Role Summary
We are seeking a PMO Specialist to support the Hong Kong Growth Programme. You will be responsible for establishing program governance, managing key deliverables, and coordinating with senior stakeholders to drive our client growth strategy. This strategic role involves implementing standardized processes for our Priority Client and High Value Target (HVT) programmes, ensuring the successful delivery of intelligence-led initiatives. You will serve as a key partner to the Hong Kong Lead,
providing critical programme support and actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Program Governance: Design and embed governance frameworks, delivery standards, and reporting templates to standardize the execution of the Hong Kong Growth Programme.
· Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting: Establish and manage reporting cadences, engagement plans, and approval checkpoints aligned with strategic priorities. Serve as the central point of contact for cross-business line coordination.
· Deliverable Management: Own and execute the creation of key monthly deliverables.
· Data & Dashboard Administration: Oversee the central database and dashboards for the growth programme, ensuring data hygiene, update latency, and Business Line input rates are tracked and reported to the Hong Kong Lead.
