Job Location: Sector 75, Gurugram
Designation: Facility Engineer / Facility Executive Technical
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Engineering or B.Tech Graduate
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
Shift Timings: 24*7 Shifts
Work Schedule: 6 Days/week
Operations Management Oversee day-to-day facility operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and building automation systems. Ensure all mechanical and electrical systems function optimally with minimal downtime.
Monitor energy consumption and implement efficiency improvements.
Maintenance & Asset Management Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs for all building equipment and systems. Coordinate corrective maintenance and emergency repairs. Manage vendor relationships and service contracts. Track asset lifecycle and recommend capital improvements or replacements.
Project Management Plan and oversee facility improvement projects, renovations, and installations. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality standards. Ensure minimal disruption to building operations during project execution.
Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Maintain required certifications and inspection schedules. Implement safety protocols and emergency response procedures. Conduct regular saf
