*Working Days:* Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)

* Good communication skills in English

* Basic computer knowledge

## Roles & Responsibilities

* Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

* Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

* Conduct HR telephonic interviews.

* Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.

* Follow up with candidates until they join.





* Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.

* Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.

* Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates.

## Required Skills

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Basic MS Office knowledge

* Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

* Time management and organizational skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
