## Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced **Salesforce Developer with hands-on QA experience and knowledge of Scrum Agile practices** to join our team in Sholinganallur, Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong Salesforce development expertise, experience in quality assurance and testing, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Candidates who are available to join immediately, are committed to the opportunity, and have minimal employment gaps will be preferred.

## Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications based on business requirements.

• Develop and enhance Salesforce functionalities using relevant Salesforce development technologies.

• Perform quality assurance activities, including functional testing, regression testing, and defect validation.

• Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve development and testing issues.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, test scenarios,



and defect reports.

• Ensure code quality, application performance, and adherence to Salesforce development best practices.

## Required Skills

• 6–9 years of relevant IT experience, including Salesforce development.

• Hands-on experience in Salesforce application development and customization.

• Practical experience in QA, software testing, and defect management.

• Good understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage priorities and deliver tasks within sprint timelines.

## Candidate Requirements

• Must be available to join immediately.

• Must be willing to work from the office in Sholinganallur, Chennai, four days per week.

• Should demonstrate a robust commitment to the role and the hiring opportunity.
