The Opportunity: Inside Sales Specialist





We're seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to drive current client acquisition through cold outreach and CRM-driven lead generation. You'll be responsible for executing outbound campaigns, maintaining lead quality, and hitting your own TOFU targets, a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in B2B sales for a fast-growing company.

What you'll be doing

• New Client Acquisition: Drive new client acquisition through strategic cold email outreach, using tools like SmartLeads, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other email scraping tools

• Email Performance Management: Execute cold email strategies to maintain strong inbox deliverability, healthy open rates, and low bounce rates

• Smart Leads Management: Maintain and update records, ensuring data accuracy and smooth integration with the broader sales process

• Lead Quality Assurance: Ensure the leads you generate meet quality standards and maintain data integrity in the CRM

• Reporting: Share regular reports on your own lead
