Where You’ll Make a Difference
• Perform regulatory compliance reviews of raw materials used in flavor industry.
• Determine the approval status of raw materials based on review of vendor documentation, current company practices, and knowledge of the regulations.
• Collaborate with R&D;, Creative, Quality Assurance, Production and cross-functional teams to address and resolve regulatory issues/tasks.
• Maintain and update regulatory databases to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Review and interpret global regulations to allow for proper implementation within the company.
• Support regulatory initiatives and projects as needed.
• Collaborate closely with R&D; teams to accurately assess, document, and maintain the regulatory status of newly developed reactions, ingredients, and formulations.
What Makes You the Right Fit
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or any other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance preferably within the flavors, food or chemical industry.
• Good Knowledge in legal and safety aspects of flavors.
• Ability to work with defined timelines, priorities and meet demanding deadlines.
• Perform responsibilities with a positive attitude and an ability to work autonomously.
• Robust interpersonal, communication and networking skills.
