As a Financial Accountant I at ICON, you will financial operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
What You Will Do:
You will take responsibility for finance and financial management deliverables, applying your skills to ensure quality and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Recording and reconciling financial transactions in compliance with accounting principles.
• Supporting accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and vendor management.
• Assisting with financial analysis in decision-making processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Your Profile:
You will bring relevant finance and financial management experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.
Required qualifications and experience:
• CMA/ CA/ CPA Qualified (This is Must)
• 1+ years of experience in accounting or financial roles (internship experience considered).
• Should have experience in Month End Closures, Payroll postings, Accruals, Fixed Assets, Prepayments
• Experience in Balance Sheet Reconcilation
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%)
