Assistant Project Lead - Interiors

Position Overview
Support the Project Lead in delivering interior fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception through completion. Coordinate design consultants, contractors, and stakeholders while ensuring projects meet client requirements, quality standards, budgets, and schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination Assist in managing interior projects including workplace fit-outs, refurbishments, and base building installations.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget compliance.
Stakeholder Management Coordinate with clients, design teams, contractors, and internal JLL teams. Facilitate meetings, distribute project communications, and ensure alignment across all parties.
Design & Documentation Support design development and review processes. Track design submissions, manage approval workflows, and ensure documentation compliance with client standards and local regulations.
Financial Management Assist in budget preparation, cost tracking, and financial reporting. Review contractor invoices, process variations, and maintain accurate project financial records.
Quality & Compliance Monitor construction quality, conduct site inspections, and ensure adherence to design intent, building codes, and health and safety requirements. Support handover documentation and defec
