We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern / Recruiter to join our team and support the hiring of mental health professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through relevant recruitment channels

• Screen CVs and applications

• Conduct initial telephonic interviews

• Coordinate and schedule interviews





• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment updates

Requirements
• Strong communication skills in English; Malayalam or Tamil is preferred

• Positive interpersonal and coordination skills

• Strong follow-up and organisational skills
