We are looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist to lead paid search strategy and campaign performance across a growing portfolio of clients. This role is ideal for a hands-on expert who can independently manage advertising accounts, optimise budgets, and deliver measurable improvements in return on ad spend and conversion rates. You will work across multiple Google Ads formats while leveraging advanced analytics, automation, and testing to maximise campaign effectiveness. A key focus will be helping hospitality businesses, including hotels and resorts, increase direct bookings and improve marketing returns. You will collaborate with SEO, web development, and marketing automation teams to strengthen integrated digital strategies. Accountabilities:
As a Senior Google Ads Specialist, you will take end-to-end ownership of paid advertising campaigns, using data-driven insights and continuous experimentation to improve client outcomes. You will manage multiple accounts independently while contributing strategic recommendations and progressively taking on greater client-facing responsibilities.

Develop, launch, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube and Video, Demand Gen, and Shopping.
