We are seeking a Microsoft 365 professional ready to grow into an architectural role and help organisations transform the way they collaborate, communicate, and work. In this position, you will contribute to designing and delivering modern workplace solutions powered by Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. You will translate business needs into scalable technical designs while learning from experienced architects and applying industry best practices. Working alongside IT, security, and business stakeholders, you will help ensure that solutions meet governance, compliance, and performance requirements. You will also contribute to AI-enabled workplace initiatives, technical troubleshooting, and user adoption strategies.

Accountabilities:
As an Architect - Contemporary Workplace, you will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 solutions for client and internal environments. Working with senior architects and cross-functional teams, you will help translate business requirements into secure, scalable workplace experiences while developing your architectural and consulting capabilities.

Support the design and documentation of Microsoft 365 solutions, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive for Business.

Translate business requirements into clear, scalable technical designs under the guidance of senior architects.

Assist with configuration, customisation, migration, and deployment of Microsoft 365 workloads across client and internal environments.
