What you'll bring
You bring deep expertise in strategic account management and complex sales execution in enterprise software, with a track record of leading programmes that drive significant cloud revenue outcomes. You bring robust communication skills, a collaborative approach, and the creative thinking and learning agility to adapt as the role evolves.
• A track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, with deep knowledge of SAP's cloud portfolio and the ability to position it against real customer challenges and competitive alternatives.

• Expertise in building and sustaining executive-level relationships — you serve as a credible end-to-end account owner with proficient account governance skills.

• The ability to manage territory performance: forecast accurately, drive QoQ pipeline growth, and identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

• Experience leading and mentoring account executives, and coordinating cross-functional teams and partner ecosystems to deliver customer success at scale.

• A realistic,



accountable approach to AI — you integrate AI tools into planning, stakeholder collaboration, and daily sales workflows, while maintaining responsibility for the quality and integrity of AI-generated outputs.

• Relationships & experience of working with large enterprise / conglomerate clients.

What you'll build
You will own the full commercial relationship across SAP's most complex enterprise accounts in the Strategic Segment — from strategic planning through to revenue realisation. This means driving cloud growth, strengthening executive partnerships, and setting the standard for account management across the team.
• Lead strategic account planning and execution, driving performance against overall and AI & Public Cloud revenue targets for your allocated accounts.

• Own the full sales cycle from qualification to close — managing pipeline, renewals, expansions, and upsells aligned to agreed customer business outcome
