Job Summary
We are looking for a Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience in webinars, events, and campaign execution to join our marketing team.

This is a hands-on role focused on executing webinars, events, podcasts, and related marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and BDR/Sales teams to drive registrations, engagement, lead nurturing, and pipeline contribution.

The ideal candidate is organized, creative, proactive,



and comfortable taking ownership of multiple campaigns and event-related activities. You should enjoy experimenting with new ideas, working across channels, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and using data to improve outcomes.
Responsibilities
• Own webinar execution, from promotion and registrations to post-event nurture and follow-up.

• Plan and execute webinar promotions across LinkedIn, communities, email, partner groups, and relevant third-party channels.

• Research and test new promotional channels and creative ideas to increase webinar reach and registrations.

• Execute lead nurturing campaigns and track leads from registration and attendance through MQL, SQL, opportunity, and pipeline stages.

• Work closely with BDR and Sales teams to ensure timely lead follow-up and support lead conversion.

• Own the execution of Simform’s podcast, experimenting with creative ways to expand its reach and audience.
