Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to drive operational excellence within our IT Services division. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a strategic bridge between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring that all projects align with organizational goals. Your expertise will be essential in identifying inefficiencies, validating user requirements, and facilitating seamless collaboration across diverse teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet evolving market demands.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.

• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and rigorously validate requirements to ensure alignment with business needs.

• Act as the primary liaison for cross-functional coordination, fostering effective communication between technical teams and business units.

• Utilize advanced problem-solving techniques to address complex challenges and optimize workflows.





• Conduct comprehensive requirement gathering sessions and perform detailed analysis to define project scope.

• Manage stakeholder relationships effectively to ensure explicit expectation setting and consistent engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

• Author and maintain detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) to guide development efforts.

Requirements
Requirements:

• Possess 5.5 to 8 years of professional work experience within the IT Services sector.

• Demonstrate a proven track record in process improvement and requirement validation methodologies.

• Exhibit strong capabilities in cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.

• Display exceptional problem-solving skills paired with clear and concise communication abilities.

• Have extensive experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and the creation of BRD/FRD documentation.

• Be proficient in managing the full UAT cycle to ensure product readiness.
