Responsibility Statements:
• Validate client requests by reviewing all relevant information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity.
• Analyze each request to understand the nature and scope of the required changes.
• Create current Purchase Orders (POs) or update existing POs in the client application based on the client’s requirements.
• Ensure all PO transactions are completed with a high level of accuracy and within the expected timelines.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders and suppliers through email to clarify requirements and support timely completion of requests.
