What would you do? • The Employee Relations supports and manages employee relations processes for clients in the travel aviation industry handling complex employee relations cases and administrative activities across travel aviation workforce populations in APAC.

• The role acts as a subject matter resource within employee relations operations ensuring accurate case management compliance with workplace policies and timely resolution of employee concerns in a highly regulated and operationally sensitive travel aviation environment.

• Design, develop, implement and manage business solutions within Workday s HCM Tracking Library focusing on the talent and performance management data and aspects of an organization.
What are we looking for? • • Bachelors degree in Commerce Business Administration Human Resources or a related discipline
• Shift Timings
• Must be versatile with respect to shift timings.

• Relevant years of experience in employee relations HR operations or employee relations administration roles
• Experience handling case based employee relations work is an advantage
