1. Bulk Hiring Management: Ability to manage high-volume recruitment requirements efficiently while ensuring timely completion of hiring activities.
2. Urgent and Short-Notice Onboarding: Ability to manage urgent hiring requirements and short-notice onboardings with flexibility, responsiveness, and a strong sense of ownership.
3. Intern Hiring Support: Ability to support end-to-end intern hiring activities, including coordination, documentation, onboarding, and other recruitment-related administrative tasks.
4. BGV updates & Data Management: Strong data management skills keeping close tab on BGV checks initiated ensuring timely completion, including maintaining recruitment trackers, updating systems, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
5. Interview Scheduling and Coordination: Ability to coordinate and schedule interviews, manage interviewer and candidate availability, handle rescheduling requests, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.

Adaptability and Fast Learning: Willingness and ability to learn processes quickly, adapt to new tools and ways of working, and independently manage assigned responsibilities within a short learning curve.
7. Workday Knowledge: Prior experience or working knowledge of Workday will be an added advantage.
8. Stakeholder Management and Communication: Effective communication and coordination skills to work with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
9. Time Management and Prioritisation: Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously, prioritise urgent deliverables, and meet agreed timelines in a quick-paced environment.
