Job Description Summary

As a Senior Dev Ops Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-scale CI/CD, release management, cloud infrastructure, and platform engineering solutions for highly available, mission-critical software products.
You will lead the build and release strategy while providing hands-on implementation for complex, large-scale, and concurrent software releases across multiple environments. Working closely with Engineering, Platform, Security, and Operations teams, you will drive automation throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), enabling continuous integration, testing, deployment, and delivery of high-quality software.
This role requires deep expertise in cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Git Ops, Dev SecOps, observability, and modern software delivery practices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of concurrent software development, build and release management, environment strategy, and platform reliability. You will play a key role in building resilient, scalable, secure, and highly available platforms that accelerate innovation and support business growth while promoting engineering best practices and operational excellence.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

- Own the strategy, design, implementation, and support of CI/CD, build, release, and deployment processes across multiple products and environments.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI/CD, Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins, or Harness.




- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Cloud Formation, Bicep, and Ansible.
- Implement Git Ops deployment models using ArgoCD and FluxCD.
- Deploy, manage, and optimize cloud-native applications across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Build and support containerized platforms using Docker, Kubernetes, Open Shift, Helm, and Kustomize.
- Partner with Development, QA, Security, and Operations teams to streamline software delivery and platform reliability.
- Develop and maintain automated testing, deployment, monitoring, rollback, and disaster recovery mechanisms.
- Integrate Dev SecOps practices including security scanning, compliance validation, secrets management, and policy enforcement into CI/CD pipelines.
- Create and maintain observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, Open Telemetry, Open Search, Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace, and cloud-native monitoring tools.
- Drive platform modernization, automation, cloud transformation, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and AI-assisted Dev Ops solutions to improve engineering productivity and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5-8 years of experience in Dev Ops Role
- Robust experience designing and implementing enterprise CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, Power Shell, and automation scripting.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools including Terraform, Open Tofu, Pulumi, Cloud Formation, Bicep, and Ansible.
- Strong expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Open Shift, Helm, and container orchestration technologies.
- Hands-on experience implementing Git Ops workflows using ArgoCD and/or FluxCD.
- Experience with Git Hub, Git Lab, Bitbucket, and artifact repositories such as JFrog Artifactory, Harbor, ECR, or Azure Container Registry.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability platforms including Prometheus, Grafana, Open Telemetry, Open Search, Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace, Cloud Watch, or Azure Monitor.
- Strong understanding of Linux/Unix administration, networking, security, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Experience implementing Dev SecOps practices including vulnerability scanning, container security, secrets management, and policy enforcement.
- Familiarity with Hashi Corp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, and Azure Key Vault.
