Requirements

Engineering, Architecture Design, Testing, or FMEA
- Proficiency in further quality methods, like 5Why, Ishikawa, 8D etc.
- Excellent communication skills and capability to influence and negotiate
- Confident in driving escalations, but in a cooperative and solution-oriented way
- Proficiency in identifying process weaknesses and developing improvement strategies
- Experienced in implementing practical and sustainable solutions
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Strong team player in an international environment, and in a matrixed organization
