Main Tasks:

•Create weekly capacity planning/reports for the departments Contracting and Quality• Weekly adjustments of capacity planning in SAP• Create network plans for recent orders/contracts• Correct/Adjust network plan supplements• Create network plan copies for securing sales quotes• Compare sales quotes with internal cost’s reporting and order notification/report• Processing of pending invoice dates from SAP for the Project managers• Create new virtual work places in SAP• Transfer of employee absences planning into SAPEducation/ Experience:• Commercial qualification/experience is advantage• Experience in SAP and Excel is necessary• Office programs (Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)Language skills:• Fluent in local language or at least English
