Job Summary

Experienced and proactive Release Engineer to oversee and optimize the release lifecycle of contemporary web applications built on Next.js, React.js, Azure APIM, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Will be responsible for managing Azure Dev Ops CI/CD pipelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth, secure, and timely deployments across environments.

Key Responsibilities

- CI/CD Pipeline Management
- Design, implement, and maintain robust Azure Dev Ops pipelines for build, test, and deployment.
- Automate release processes and enforce best practices for version control, branching strategies, and artifact management.
- Release Planning & Coordination
- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to plan and schedule releases.
- Define release scope, timelines, and rollback strategies.
- Manage release calendars and communicate release status to stakeholders.
- Environment & Deployment Oversight
- Ensure consistency across development, staging, and production environments.
- Monitor deployments and troubleshoot issues during release cycles.
- Manage infrastructure-as-code (IaC) templates and environment configurations.
- Governance & Compliance
- Enforce security, compliance, and audit requirements within release workflows.
- Maintain documentation for release processes,



approvals, and change logs.
- Tooling & Integration
- Integrate Azure Dev Ops with tools like Git Hub, Jira, Sonar Qube, and monitoring platforms.
- Support and enhance workflows for applications using Next.js, React.js, Azure APIM, and AEM.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Release Manager or Dev Ops Engineer in enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in Azure Dev Ops, including YAML pipelines, environments, and approvals.
- Hands-on experience with Next.js, React.js, and API Management (Azure APIM).
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) deployment workflows.
- Good understanding of Git workflows, branching strategies, and semantic versioning.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-native deployments.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
