Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive test strategy, detail plans, procedures, and
protocols to validate and verify system and subsystem functionality, performance, and reliability.
Develop and maintain manual/ automated test frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency,
streamline the testing process, and reduce manual efforts.
Problem-Solving & Root Cause Analysis: Utilize robust analytical and problem-solving skills to
identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions to ensure product quality and
regulatory compliance.
Technical support to designers by performing DFM, DFS and DFA analysis.
Creation of Process documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements, such as PFC,
Process instructions, test procedures and test record sheet / DHR referring test specifications.




Performing DOE trails for process optimization, Validating the jigs, fixtures & equipment (IQ, OQ,
PQ) and comply with all environmental, safety and occupational health policies (i.e., ISO14001 &
OSHAS 18001).
Knowledge on special processes & its validation, system verification in accordance with the
development process.
Design transfer activities and change designs with interfaces to several specialist areas.
Review of design to evaluate test feasibility.
Coordinate technical changes during Product Lifecycle Management.
Preparation of risk analyses and communication of technical risks to the respective risk manager.
