Job Title : PC Credits

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare and validate daily Trading P&L; reports for assigned asset classes.

- Reconcile P&L; between trading, finance, and reporting systems.

- Analyze and explain daily P&L; movements and variances to stakeholders.

- Ensure accurate month-end P&L; and Balance Sheet reporting with complete reconciliations.

- Monitor and maintain financial controls, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

- Support Front Office by providing insights on the P&L; impact of trades and new business activities.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve finance and reporting queries.

- Handle internal, statutory, regulatory, and compliance audit requirements.

- Participate in process improvements, automation initiatives, and finance-related projects.

- Prepare presentations, reports, and management information for business review.

Requisites





- MBA (Finance), CA, or equivalent qualification.

- Strong understanding of Product Control, Trading P&L;, and Financial Reporting.

- Knowledge of financial products, trade booking structures, and valuation concepts.

- Good understanding of the interaction between Valuation and P&L; teams.

- Solid accounting knowledge, including double-entry accounting principles.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office; basic VBA knowledge is an added advantage.

- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage audits, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.

- Experience in process improvement, project management, and financial controls.
