## Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver comprehensive English lessons tailored to the developmental levels of students in grades 1 through 8.
* Cultivate a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation, critical thinking, and effective communication.
* Assess student progress through various evaluation methods, including written assignments, oral presentations, and standardized testing.
* Prepare instructional materials, lesson plans, and curriculum resources that align with academic goals and educational guidelines.
* Provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding academic performance and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with fellow faculty members to enhance teaching strategies and ensure consistency across the curriculum.
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavioral observations.




* Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in English education.

Requirements* A minimum of 0 to 2 years of relevant teaching experience or a fresh graduate with a strong academic background in English.
* Proficiency in academic English, including grammar, literature, and composition, suitable for teaching elementary and middle school levels.
* A valid teaching certification or degree in Education, English Literature, or a related field.
* Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom effectively and engage students of varying abilities.
* Robust interpersonal skills with the capacity to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Commitment to upholding high ethical standards and fostering an inclusive learning environment.
